Sugar Mountain & Once In A Blue Moon presenteren gezamenlijk een avond in Paradiso Noord op 2 februari 2020. De Amerikaanse singer-songwriter Gill Landry, ook bekend onder de artiestennaam Frank Lemon, is de eerste naam op de line-up. Houd het Facebook-event in de gaten voor nieuwe toevoegingen aan de line-up.

GILL LANDRY
Gill Landry, afkomstig uit Louisiana, begon als straatmuzikant in New Orleans voordat hij lid werd van Old Crow Medicine Show, met wie hij 4 albums opnam en tourde van 2004 tot 2014. Op 2 februari 2020 brengt hij zijn solowerk naar Paradiso Noord, te Amsterdam. Landry heeft voor zijn eerdere albums samengewerkt met onder andere Laura Marling, Brandi Carlile, Klara Söderberg (First Aid Kit), The Felice Brothers en Karen Elson. Ook verzorgde hij het voorprogramma van Mumford & Sons, Ben Howard, Bruce Hornsby en anderen. Zijn nieuwste album 'Skeleton At The Banquet' is alweer zijn vijfde solo studioalbum. "This album is a series of reflections and thoughts on the collective hallucination that is America,” aldus Landry. "With a love song or two thrown in for good measure. I wrote it from within the refuge of a small flat, in a small village in western France where I spent last summer. I found it to be a good place for seeing the forest through the trees, so to speak.”
